Internal Memo — Orion Project Software Update
Beginning next Tuesday, all employees in the design department must use version 6.4 of Orion Project Software. The update includes a new file-sharing feature and several security improvements. Computers connected to the company network will install the update automatically overnight on Monday.
Employees working remotely should open the Orion updater before Tuesday morning and follow the on-screen instructions. The installation takes approximately 15 minutes and requires the computer to restart once. Any unsaved work will be lost during the restart.
A short online tutorial covering the new sharing feature will be available on the Learning Portal beginning Monday afternoon. Staff members who experience installation problems should contact Technical Support rather than reinstalling the program themselves.
