Bicycle storage trial — Notice to tenants
From October 6, tenants may use the new secure bicycle room beside the south entrance. The six-week trial will determine whether demand justifies converting an adjacent storeroom into additional bicycle parking. There are currently 24 spaces, available on a first-come, first-served basis; registering does not reserve a space.
To obtain access, complete the short form on the tenant portal. Once your registration has been processed, your existing building card will open the bicycle-room door. Processing may take two working days. Visitors should continue to use the outdoor racks beside reception.
The room is intended for daily commuters. Bicycles may not be left overnight, and bicycles still present after 9 P.M. will be moved to the security office. Charging electric bicycle batteries inside the room is prohibited.
Participants will receive a survey in the final week of the trial. Please complete it even if you have stopped using the room, as information about why tenants choose other parking options will help us assess the service. A decision on permanent provision will be announced in December.
